I was given a 5% chance of conceiving. As a practicing Naturopathic Doctor for the past 20 years, I was shocked when my fertility doctor delivered this news. After failed IUIs, IVF, and multiple miscarriages, I refused to stop. I conceived naturally and had my son Ender at 41. I then went on to have twin girls via IVF at 46.

Will I speak with Sara directly?
When you join the program, you will have many opportunities to connect with Sara personally and receive individualized guidance. However, this call is with a FertilityND Consultant — a qualified member of her team personally trained by Sara — to provide clarity and your next steps.
Is this a sales call?
The purpose of the session is to understand what's been tried, identify potential blindspots and determine the most appropriate next step. If Corporate to Conception™ appears to be a fit, your consultant will explain the program and answer questions about working with Sara. There is no obligation to enroll.
What if I've already tried everything?
That's exactly why we created this program. Most of our clients come to us after trying everything or feeling stuck. The women in the FertilityND community have often been told their chances are very low — less than 5%. They showed up anyway.
What if I book and then talk myself out of it?
